6. We loved walking across the street to the ballpark, our rooms on the concierge floor were spacious and lovely, and the beds very comfortable.

7. Parking's a bit pricey ($27/night), but there's a public parking lot a half block south (on 6th Ave, between K St and L St) that's a bit cheaper, and offers elevators for easy access to the street level.
