3. It is within walking distance of the convention center if that is what brings you to San Diego, but best of all there are many excellent restaurants right outside your doors.

5. Everything you could possibly want to do is within 4 blocks of this place, including Hard Rock Hotel, Donovans steakhouse, Searsucker restaurant, great sushi (Nobu and Taka), Savilla and too many bars to list.
