1. When I simply asked if there was any way this could be waived for a good customer, she pulled out my signature on the reservation form, pointed to the fine print and said 'see you signed in agreement of this fee when you checked in'.

4. You can use the hotel valet parking or there are several adjacent parking lots with lesser fees.

5. It clearly is a bait and switch where you are charged a lower amount for the room so people book a stay at the hotel and then the hotel gets the money back by charging an outrageous parking fee.
