1. The attendant tried to be helpful by pointing out a garage across the street that offered cheaper parking, but he didn't seem to know what we discovered later: that the garage's parking is only cheaper if you get out by 8am!(2) Probably because the hotel wasn't originally built with them, the key cards often require a couple extra swipes to work in the doors.

2. They have a really nice pastry bar on street level that serves STARBUCK's coffee & the staff was friendly & efficient in pastry shop; The bar is kind of out of the 1980's & needs to be updated - TACOS at their happy hour was not the best choice knowing a high school reunion was meeting there.

3. The hotel charges $30 a day for parking but there is a lot across the street (Navarro and Houston) which charges $9 a day (with no in and out) but it worked out perfectly for us.
