The only hiccup occured at checkin, initially the clerk told me she showed us confirmed for two queen sizerd beds, and when I told her I booked a king room, she got snippy and said 'Im just telling you what the computer says' two attentive managers either overheard her or sensed my frustration , and immediately recrified the situation providing us a 10th floor room which was very nice.

4. Not only were we right by an elevator, we were upgraded to a 'restricted access' floor at the top of the hotel, free continental breakfast, and managers receptions.

5. My colleague and I wanted to watch 'Dancing With the Stars' and the bartender, waitress and I believe the manager(?) wouldn't rest until we were well accommodated.

6. I've only had a couple of specific problems -- once a stained towel / hairs in the bathroom, once I didn't get the wakeup call I'd requested (nearly resulting in me missing my flight since I'd shut off my personal cell phone alarm -- was given SPG points for that one by a very kind manager).
