1. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone seeking short term housing, especially students.

2. I would say if you have a budget for an event this place is VERY reasonable and very nice- I highly recommend it for wedding receptions- the rooms are just okay but definitely not the dump that some people may perceive it to be.
