1. There was a new bar and breakfast room, my room appeared to have been recently renovated, and the staff was nicer.

2. Now, it is dirty - the carpets were disgusting, the bathroom fixtures are corroded, the sheets and bed mattresses are cheap, and there are what appear to be slow moving home improvement projects going on throughout.

4. It appears that they have attempted to renoavate portions of the place, but mainly it was concentrated on a ball room of some sort.
