1. Great continental breakfast included , room prices are average , location to some of our favorite bars and restuarants is good, and the parking area and grounds are secured by a code activated security gate.

3. It rained during the reception which was by the pool and the pool started to overflow and the covering over the pool area leaked.

4. This is an older hotel, a landmark for those of us who grew up in the Raleigh area, but that`s part of its charm.
