7. The room itself faced a building wall, but it wasn`t as bad as it sounds, the light quaity in the room was decent, and if you are coming and going - its no problem not to have a view.

I had to pay $30 more for it, but $30 more got me a big claw foot tub that is freestanding in the studio with an awesome canvas drape that wraps around the area for privacy, it got me more sun, not really a view, but had a desk, record player with records, and a victorian anthropologie esque sofa.
