1. I'd often arrive around 9pm so it was always nice to be able to get a late bite at Clyde Common in the lobby with rocking food and casual attentive service (look them up, it's worth it).

5. I don't mind paying money to stay at nice places but I expect to have comfortable beds, refrigerators in my room, friendly service and the perks that come with a high price tag.

7. Basically the #1 thing for which I need a hotel room is quiet for sleeping, and the ACE Hotel, as much as I wanted to like it, totally failed on that basic service.
