1. Parking is about a block away, perfectly convenient and reasonably priced.

One thing I noticed was the smell of old suitcases filled the room, Not good for those with allergies to dust, but anyways back to the highlights: LCD tv small but nice, sink, ingenious use of milk crates for towel holders, free internet, Stumptown coffee in the foyer, the shared baths were clean and huge, and pretty friendly front desk staff- they gave us doggy treats and great tips on parking for free- I don`t understand how some reviewers felt hoodwinked.

3. Additionally parking on the streets are free after 7pm, so if you will be using your car during the day, just park it on the street.

4. Basic room, very very noisy (garbage truck at 6am, music downstairs until past midnight), no breakfast or parking included in the outrageous price.

5. They cheat you with parking as well, we paid 25 $ per night, and saw rates of max 15$ at other parking lots later on.
