CONS: overall condition of the room is old in appearance and needs to be updated with modern decor, kitchen looked worn out as well and some of the cabinets had mold growing inside, beds are NOT comfortable, breakfast items served at restaurant not good and below average (did not see anyone else eat there at that time), parking is about 30 per night and almost all hotels in that downtown area do charge to park a vehicle, breakfast not included in ratesOVERALL: Can not recommend this hotel due to conditions of the rooms.

6. While this is not the most modern or luxurious hotel, the price was fairly reasonable (except for the additional charge for parking which I thought was a bit excessive) and as everyone has mentioned, it is a great location for walking to many of the sights.

8. We took advantage of a Welcome to Philadelphia package that gave us free parking at the hotel and a tiny but cute teddy bear wearing a Welcome to Philadelphia shirt.

9. The staff was helpful, polite, efficient; the package included tickets for the Flower Show, breakfast (up to $8.50, delicious except for the Eggs Benedict I'm told), 1/2 price parking in the garage (free would have been nicer), & rooms w/ a balcony.

10. I booked The Windsor with a package deal called 'Philly Overnight' where the customer gets a Brag Book, a SMALL teddy bear, and (Most-importantly) FREE PARKING which is normally $31/ night.
