2. Of course it`s located downtown in a major city, so there`s plenty of city noise outside (horns, sirens, cars.

4. The location is great - about 10 blocks/10 minutes walk to the PCC, really about 10 minutes` walk to most of what you need in downtown Philly including museums, RittenHouse Square, good dining.
"Windsor: worth a shot. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/15/2007 Vote
5. Breakfast was not included in the very reasonable room rate (for downtown Philadelphia), but a discounted breakfast is available at one of the on-site restaurants.
"Windsor Suites, Philadelphia, are a excellent value. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/13/2011 Vote
6. CONS: overall condition of the room is old in appearance and needs to be updated with modern decor, kitchen looked worn out as well and some of the cabinets had mold growing inside, beds are NOT comfortable, breakfast items served at restaurant not good and below average (did not see anyone else eat there at that time), parking is about 30 per night and almost all hotels in that downtown area do charge to park a vehicle, breakfast not included in ratesOVERALL: Can not recommend this hotel due to conditions of the rooms.
"Reasonably priced hotel in dire need of renovations. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/8/2011 Vote

"Large room, reasonably priced for the area, don't go for the packages! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/1/2010 Vote
9. If you pay a little bit more than 100 bucks for this hotel then it is OK, any more than that I would consider a hotel near the airport because the airport isn't that far from downtown.
"Expensive Parking OK rate for downtown hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/26/2009 Vote
