Between sessions at my meeting, it was a delight to wander around the
neighborhood
and you are situated right on a vibrant square--plenty of shops, eateries, and historic sites to occupy one's time.

The building itself is small and quiet, a little out of the way, while still being in a wonderful
neighborhood
in Philly.

It is right on Rittenhouse Square - a stone's throw away from the shops on Walnut Street and the very elegant Rittenhouse
neighborhood

We did not leave the hotel for any reason, but it is located in a great
neighborhood
for shopping & dining - especially in the summer months for outdoor dining.

The only other downer was its in-hotel bar; the Boathouse is alas, dark and claustrophobic (but honestly the
neighborhood
is so vibrant it wasn`t a big deal).

Will be sticking with teh Four Seasons where spa treatments are fantastic and it's not the (ritzy)
neighborhood
indoor pool.
