1. Clean, quiet, friendly, beautiful, luxurious bathroom, roomy, great location (shopping, food and beautiful park steps away), comfortable bed, excellent view of park and city, champagne and cookies upon arrival, complimentary chocolates - it was perfect.

3. The Rittenhouse hotel is simply a luxury experience where the staff is incredibly helpful, the rooms are wonderful (even to the point of welcoming you by name on the TV screen), a complimentary shoe shine, choice of newspapers, wonderful turn down service and high end amenities.
