1. You have to ask for a coffee machine (you get one of those fancy Keurig ones!) but well worth it at no extra cost.

2. I do have to be honest in that I have stayed in other resorts that offer a much better quality mattress and bedding, but again it was very comfortable so I really can't complain - just not what I would have thought for the cost of the room and it being a Leading Hotel of the World.

8. I had a few complaints--an impossible to understand $100 free coupon which cost $50 and the usual champagne and chocolate covered strawberry welcome when you really just want a quick efficient check in--but oversll we were more than satisfied with our stay.

10. Oh, I forgot - they do have that already - but unfortunately it costs $150 yearly to join the 'Access Level' and even $1200 yearly for the 'Leaders Club Unlimited Level'.
