1. Apart from the breakfast area, which is nice, there is no other restaurant or bar on site, but there are plenty in the neighborhood.

2. Although the location of the hotel is very good--right across from City Hall and within walking distance of many of Philly's neighborhoods/destinations, some travelers might be wary of all of homeless people around, especially at City Hall.

8. Museum of Art (25 minutes) and the Franklin Institute (20 minutes) Neighborhood is fine during the day but do keep alert at night, especially around City Hall.
