1. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00am and the check-in staff was very friendly.

3. Check-in was fast and when you get into the elevator, you have to put your room key in first before you press your floor which was also a nice safety feature.

4. Upon check-in, were were wished a happy anniversary by the front desk and within 10 minutes of getting into our room (on the 18th floor at the end of the hall so it was nice and quiet and away from the elevators and foot traffic), Joshua, one of the very nice and very professional front desk clerks, came upstairs with a bottle of very good wine and card wishing us the best.
