1. Both the bellmen/valet guys are also only too pleased to help with any query or question no matter how big or small, again just ask and you'll be met with a smile and super fast service.

2. loved our trip, loved the bar staff and very friendly car valet guy!would definatly stay again, only one slight downside was house keeping, little things like leaving dirty glasses and not cleaning bathroom floor very often but i have ocd so thats probably just me.

Zach very kindly posted a birthday card for me which i was worrying over not getting back to my sister,the valet guys outside,Dee,Marc and Yousen,were the most friendly helpful guys you could wish to meet,everyday whatever one of the guys was on, there was always a joke or some helpful hint and a genuine interest in your day.
