1. We were enthusiastically welcomed by the concierge upon arrival, and were given coupons for Pizzeria Uno which was just a few blocks away.

9. Also, one of the concierge staff (a third party and not employed by the hotel was rude and unhelpful, we had a total disconnect with her, luckily she was not there two times we needed to book evening tickets for shows).

10. Reception staff were very helpful with our queries and helped us out a few times as did the guys on the concierge desk with tickets, shuttles etc. The staff at the evening reception were also v nice, alexa.
