Room service was great - with swans, elefants made every day out of towels (i guess tipping helps :)Cons:- stains on a carpet in some places; bed linnen was not clean (the part which i pulled out from under the matrass had a stain)- shower design - it splashes a lot, and there is no separate regulation for the hot/cold and stream power- the curtains to the corridor do not close completely - so I used a chair to hold them - otherwise anyone can look into the room- no safe in the room- highway noice is mild but noticeableEven with all these cons, I still would definetly prefer this hotel to any else on the I-drive.

6. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, we had room service one night which was fast and ok value, the free managers reception was also good if we were back from the parks in time, the kids loved their Shirley temples.

8. Robert at front desk who is a real gentleman straight out of the movies, Dee for his dancing and wonderful smile, Patrick and Christine for their bar service, Tiffany and Teresa at front desk, Alyssa and all the staff at breakfast especially staff who make the omlettes, also room service staff.
