3. The shuttle service to the parks is well managed albeit slightly limited but a much better option than hiring a car in my opinion.

7. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, all helpful and friendly, the location was great for us, yes we did have a car but also used the free theme park shuttles, which again were great and the service good.

9. Both the bellmen/valet guys are also only too pleased to help with any query or question no matter how big or small, again just ask and you'll be met with a smile and super fast service.
