Room service was great - with swans, elefants made every day out of towels (i guess tipping helps :)Cons:- stains on a carpet in some places; bed linnen was not clean (the part which i pulled out from under the matrass had a stain)- shower design - it splashes a lot, and there is no separate regulation for the hot/cold and stream power- the curtains to the corridor do not close completely - so I used a chair to hold them - otherwise anyone can look into the room- no safe in the room- highway noice is mild but noticeableEven with all these cons, I still would definetly prefer this hotel to any else on the I-drive.
