1. First off, the hotel is fabulous for an Embassy Suites.

2. I emailed the hotel manager before our arrival just to ask for a suite on a high floor away from the lifts(for reasons already covered by other Reviewers) and also mentioned we were going to be celebrating my birthday.

5. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff was great and amenities were as expected from an Embassy Suite - free breakfast, manager reception, etc. All in all - a great choice if you are in Orlando for conventions or theme parks.

9. We stayed here three years ago and decided to return 6th March 2012 as we really liked the location, size of suites and the fact that full breakfast is included - very unusual in Florida.

10. The staff here are great and very helpful and the suites are very spacious and well equipped with a fridge and microwave in a kitchen/lounge area plus huge beds as are the norm over there.
