8. The staff was very friendly and would always greet us; they went out of their way to ask us how our stay was and where we were from, etc. It's a very quick drive to Universal Studios.

9. Although I did not get a chance to personally meet him, I believe he has done an excellent job in his selection of staff and Embassy Suites has made a wise choice in selecting him as their Hotel's General Manager.
