Upon check in we were greeted by a very sweet young lady named Dana who called the valet and he was there before check in was halfway through, upon entering our room the first thing I did was check for hot water and it was hot, the room was clean and not a sign of any of the craziness I had read in other reviews.

There is nothing they could do even though the guy that told us this was the guy that just told me to park my car their thank goodness I was with a friend who could take me to the New Orleans city impoud to get my car that cost $120.00 to get out and the all the hotel could do was not charge me the valet fee well I guess so I never used your services.

9. So we do the valet the manager/ supervisor I give you told us to park our cars on the other side of the street so we do in a no parking zone that they said would be okay.
