2. So after the lies about the hot water we get to the front desk to check out and turns out nobody in the entire hotel had hot water including the 4 or 5 groups that checked out with us.

3. We had to have our luggage stored between check out time and our flight, and when we returned to pick it up, the girl at the front desk seriously had me get it out of the closet myself.
