1. My check-in experience was great, but once that nice man finished his shift there wasn't a polite person working there.

When we booked this online, it looked like a great place, cool design, pretty looking, right near the French Quarter, Bourbon, etc. When we arrived, it took us 45 minutes to check in, (frankly, the guy at the front desk didn't look like he knew what he was doing), and then when we finally arrived to our room, the door was open and maintenance was changing the sliding lock on the door.

4. We check in come out and go to the New Orleans bowl festivities on our way our car is still there.

5. First of all -- the new desk clerk let me check in at 2 pm instead of pointlessly waiting until 4 as I`ve had to do there in the past.

6. We arrived here on the last Saturday of Jazz Fest around noon didn't think we could check in until 3:00 at least town was packed for the festival but they said sure we have your room ready great so we thought.

Upon check in we were greeted by a very sweet young lady named Dana who called the valet and he was there before check in was halfway through, upon entering our room the first thing I did was check for hot water and it was hot, the room was clean and not a sign of any of the craziness I had read in other reviews.
