3. If that is so then how did we have coffee in the first place, not to mention that they serve complimentary coffee in the lobby by the courtyard (I realized this a couple days later) which she could have told us, but she apparently didn`t want to deal with us.

4. The coffee come in bags in the room and they have filters in the bags, you can also get complimentary coffee in the lobby along with comp.
