1. Concurrent with many others, we were in New Orleans for a fun weekend and noticed the lobby and courtyard looked nice online.

3. The coffee come in bags in the room and they have filters in the bags, you can also get complimentary coffee in the lobby along with comp.

4. If that is so then how did we have coffee in the first place, not to mention that they serve complimentary coffee in the lobby by the courtyard (I realized this a couple days later) which she could have told us, but she apparently didn`t want to deal with us.

7. The hotel did not have internet (wi-fi or a computer in the lobby) so I had to ask the desk clerk to print out some schedules and he was very helpful in doing that.
