1. I liked working with my team and my General manager:-)I'm in Kiev teaching but consider to be in the hell, and rack my brains how to earn the money ad leave this country ASAP.

3. When pointing out to them that I was an 'I Prefer' member and ask about our complimentary upgrade (along with a welcome gift), they indicated they would mention it to the manager when she returned later that evening.
