1. The hotel was well situated on St Charles Avenue close to eating and drinking places (try the Circle Bar) and convenient for the street car which travels down St Charles Avenue.

2. The street car stops right infront of the hotel and you can either walk or ride the street car to almost all of the main attractions in New Orleans.

4. There's at least one very charming funky little breakfast spot a couple blocks away (Blue Plate Cafe on Prytania Street) and I'd say that's a much better option if you have time and don't mind paying for breakfast rather than getting it free.

9. It fit right into what i thought a ' New Orlenas' hotel should be and the price was WONDERFUL!the little streets and each little separate courtyard, make it seem lie a tiny neighborhood.

10. charles trolley is right in front of the hotel and parking is safe across street, but that is no problem, plenty of security.
