1. Housekeeping was very good with the exception of one day they only exchanged towels due to the tropical storm, but that was no big deal.

8. When we went back about 9:00 to check into the second room, the only clerk was on the phone, apparently with housekeeping still trying to get rooms ready to occupy.

However, the housekeeping service was only average because the beds were made and the bathroom cleaned but there was no vacuming in the 4 nights we stayed; we asked 4 times for a top sheet for the sofa bed and never received one but got extra towels instead and the refrig was not defrosted so it leaked.
