1. We contacted the hotel manager to report this and got a luke warm response; understandable since it's just a $70 item.

9. A manager did call, and she was contrite, and understood the frustration - and explained that the radios don't work all that well in an old building (solution: don't use them, use cell phones instead; I had 4 bars).
