1. The hotel information clearly stated a 12 noon check out and I requested a 1p checkout.

2. The only snafu we had was that the parking company isn't in sync with the hotel, so you can't call down for your car ahead of time, and when we retrieved our car upon checkout, we had to go all the way back up to the lobby to pay for parking.

3. apparently we were too early to get the checkout bill delivered to the room, so I sent the wife and kids down to get the car from the valet and got off at the 14th floor to check-out at reception.

4. I asked for a copy of my bill to checkout, and the woman tried to charge me for a number of items from the pantry that were sitting on the counter but not mine.

5. When we asked for an extended checkout time, as was written, could be done in several places, the answer was a definite no, they said they were far too busy to do extended checkout times.
