2. I asked for a copy of my bill to checkout, and the woman tried to charge me for a number of items from the pantry that were sitting on the counter but not mine.

3. apparently we were too early to get the checkout bill delivered to the room, so I sent the wife and kids down to get the car from the valet and got off at the 14th floor to check-out at reception.
