3. ) easy walk to Frech Quarter; all staff courteous,patient and helpful; room had great view of river; room was clean with excellent amenities; lots of dogs!(pet friendly);would stay on next trip to NOLA; had breakfast here only one day-food good but a bit slow coming out; overall great value and quality-highly recommended.

5. This brand new hotel was located 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the French Quarter, and from the St-Charles streetcar line, which goes to the Garden DIstrict (a must do, and a great value $1.25 each way).
