1. To add to the insult, our room was supposed to be comped and when I got home I found a charge for $300 from Lowes New Orleans for our stay.

7. After speaking to Sabrina at the front desk I feel like i am in the twilight zone, she seems to think its ok to charge my credit card $400 for a room that makes me sneeze and is flat out not what i ordered.
