1. At dinner my fish was not cooked but the manager took it off the bill without my asking.

When I questioned them about my reservation, they said that because it was after midnight, they had released my room (never mind that they would have billed my credit card for the night had I truly not shown up) and the only other option was to shuttle me over the Sheraton for the night (this was a multi-night stay, which means I would have had to come back to the hotel the next night).
