1. When my turn finally came up, I informed the young woman behind the counter that 'Never let your newly arrived guests wait in the lobby.

3. Close to the Quarter, aquarium, & river, great rooms with great river views, great amenities, nice lobby bar with a loud and a quiet area, and the staff makes everyone feel like they're the only guest in the hotel.

4. The lobby was comfortable and quite a popular place for guests to spend time taking advantage of the free wireless (rather than paying the rather exorbitant rates charged for in-room connections or use of the business center computers) and sampling drinks from the adjacent lounge.
