1. Starbucks on site as well as a 2 cup coffee maker in your room if you didn't feel like spending the money.

4. AND on top of all of this, the facility has the nerve to charge additional money for parking ($20/day), internet access, telephone usage (YES, even for local calls), breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, refrigerators and microwaves.

8. At the main entrance, there was no doorman or security staff on duty, but there was a homeless guy sitting right next to the revolving door who was accosting people and asking them for money.
