2. Front desk staff at both check in and check out were slow and not very helpful - at check in room wasn't available and at check out the billed amount didn't match the reserved quoted rate.

5. Later when looking at my bill through the Hilton Honors website (they didn't have the courtesy to inform me) I saw that $6.00 had been added to my bill and already charged for a bottle of Fiji water.
