1. She asked if I had requested another room and I told her I had, but that the housekeeping manager's quick response made me feel like everything would be handled quickly.

3. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff removed all of the towels from the room each day and only placed two new ones, housekeeping was quick to deliver two more when called, even the towels that were hanging were removed.

For a number of reasons which include:- housekeeping did not fix an obvious problem even after a note was left- dust and dirt in public areas in plain sight- uneven service in the cafe- an attempt to charge for receiving a single package at the front deskThe guest has to accept the quirks of an older hotel.
