4. To compensate us for the inconvenience, even though I told her I was more interested in making sure the same thing doesn't happen again and learning from the problems, she comped us our parking fee.

5. The other problem we had is that the park is open to the pubic for a fee, and I'm sure that is normally fine, but when we went there was a large party (maybe 40) of unruly kids that refused to listen to the lifeguards.

7. Apparently you can use the hot tub without paying the fee, but it never worked into our schedule to see just how that really worked.
