3. When we got to our room, we were very surprised to find brand new attractive carpeting, a spacious vanity outside the bath, and a new flat screen tv.

10. The toilet had red stains that matched stains on the bath towels, there were huge dark hairs in the shower, some fluids that were on the bathroom floor and the furniture and base boards were layered in dust.
