1. I wouldnt walk around here alone after dark--Biscayne borders on some not-so-nice neighborhoods, but you would be fine in a cab or your rental car.

8. Do venture out into the neighborhood - there are some excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (try City Hall, Bengal or the Daily).
