Although, on checkout I expressed my concerns over over a lack of care taken by the housekeeper and the duty
manager
Alberto took fantastic care of us, expressed his deepest apologies and personally went to housekeeping there and then to rectify any future tickets being swept into the bin carelessly.

She went to the back to get the

, came back after ten minutes and told me that he would be right with me, and asked me to step aside while she helped other guests.

The only good thing I can say is that the
manager
was very nice, though he did nothing to truly rectify the following - (1) it took an hour to order room service because they told me I had an old menu, took 20 minutes to bring me the SAME menu, then the rather rude concierge transferred me right back to room service when I tried to get help.

He looks at the screen, types some stuff, and says ' oh wow sire the room just opened up, its a magnificent room, my

s must have done something right now in the back, they gave you a beautiful room'.
