1. We ate a light dinner in the pub area - it was not crowded and yet it took us 1 3/4 hours to be waited on, served and get the bill.

3. Main objection was an absolutely ludicrous bill we received for use of phone in the room - $20 USD flat rate for making a call even when it didn't connect, and about $17USD per minute for international calls.

4. Needless to say, the valet refused to surrender my car during departure and treated me like a thief by saying my valet bill had not been paid, even though we had a paper bill printed moments before showing it was.

5. I don't see the need of tipping someone for a service that I DON'T WANT and that I am forced to use in order not to be charged with a astronomical parking bill.

6. I felt safe and comfortable, and we were a group of women celebrating a birthday, and i have to say--HIlton fit the bill.

7. Parking is $28 a day which comes up as a bill itself if you are here for a week or so.

8. Since there was no minibar I had to get drinks with room service - 18% room service charge, $3.50 delivery charge (?), $3 for a small pepsi and then they had the cheek to print 'Additional Tip:' on the bill.
