3. As it was early, and I suspect because I had already booked a higher level room, I was upgraded to the top floor suite.

4. I managed to upgrade to the HUMONGOUS room and the desk girl ( Jessica) kindly gave me a better rate,, it was room 803 a corner suite wayyyy bigger and a really decent view.

After paying for two nights in a Wow Suite as well as five other rooms for my birthday not only was I treated poorly but several items were stolen from my room while I was out and not only was I not compensated in any way through their insurance, but the front desk manager and security manager were completely rude about the whole thing.

I was very disappointed with my stay due to the fact that I was on the 12th floor in a WOW suite which is right below the rooftop bar and Management failed to notify me that each morning at 6:00 am they were going to be doing a film shoot so they had to move lawn furniture back and forth and needless to say it was loud as HELL so I basically had a free alarm clock every morning at 6:00 that lasted for about 20 minutes.
