3. On the other hand the night staff and hotel manager were very understanding and reduced the rate of my stay however I won't be returning to this hotel again.

5. At checkout, I explained that to the front desk and the girl said that she would have the manager call me in the next couple of hours and that call never came so what they did was comp me a movie and a bottle of water for me getting 4 hours of sleep per day.

7. Also the managers repsonses to many of the comments are so general and meaningless/ insincere.
